"Midge" Grady is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is the former Director of Nursing and at Hackensack University Medical Center where she developed one of the first integrated medical-psychiatric units and Joint Commission certified Center of Excellence for the treatment of depression. Her research has been published in several prestigious medical journals and she has presented at many venues including at the American Psychiatric Association's annual conference. She is a highly skilled psychotherapist with decades of clinical experience specializing in women's issues.
